VIDEO | Mills partners with DC Solar Freedom

Monday Nov. 16, Mills College kicked off being the first college to be part of a nationwide program with DC Solar Freedom.  At noon, a ceremony was held to honor the new mobile solar generators, electric vehicle charging stations, light towers, and personal charging device work stations the College received.  According to Nicole Gaetjens, Mills’ Sustainability Coordinator, the ceremony celebrated the first 12 solar units to be brought to campus.
