I came across a female turkey on campus. No one seems to understand my utter excitement.
It’s my second time seeing her, this time I had a camera ready. I started following her.
I’d make the worst bird watcher or zoologist. Until I Googled it later, I didn’t know whether I found a turkey or pheasant. I was also just horribly noisy.
She walked away, couldn’t be bothered by silly humans.
I walked out of the forest dejected until I spot her walking onto the lawn.
I ran ahead of her to the cement walkway. I stood really still and just waited for her to walk into my clear view.
Gorgeous.
She was a total model, posing and everything. Once I was done, she goes “meh” and walks off.
