This week: Ace your tests
= Listen to Mozart before your midterm. It supposedly speeds up
brain activity and makes you smarter for hours afterward.
= Light lavender candles while studying.
= Rub a drop of peppermint oil above your lip (or eat a candy cane). The aroma gives you energy.
= Stand on your head. The blood flowing to the brain speeds up
your thought processes and makes remembering the answer easier.
= Run around the building before you begin your exam. Get
yourself moving!
= Focus on only one task at a time. Pretend it is the only thing
you have to do, and think about what comes next only when you are
ready to begin it.
= Humming lowers your blood pressure and reduces stress.
