When this drink is paired with your favorite herbal tea, the mango avocado smoothie becomes a creamy and satisfying breakfast. Try adding hot water and lemon for a great way to soothe a sore throat.

Carrot, Beet, Cabbage and Watercress Juice

While the name of the drink may be unappealing, this deep red juice is packed with vitamins and nutrients. Each of the ingredients touches base with different aspects of food groups and vitamins you wouldn’t normally be able to eat in one whole serving and leaves you feeling full and satisfied. It’s great as a snack to have throughout
the day!

The previous recipes listed make for good breakfast, snack and dinner options. This recipe is a great way to finish your day feeling cleansed and refreshed.

1 leaf kale

1 leaf Swiss chard

1/4 cabbage
