This class is only offered every couple of years and it includes looking at both paintings and prints from Northern Europe. It will definitely not be an average art history class and Professor Regan is fantastic.

Shakespeare – Marcia Eppich-Harris
Wed. 6:45-9:15 p.m.
I know, I know. Shakespeare? How obvious. But Marcia makes the bard feel new again, relating his plays easily to modern life and other literature. I took this class last fall: she made me feel like I could be a literary scholar and I would take it again if I had the time.

Music for the Dancer – Judy Rosenberg
Mon. and Wed. 1-2:15 p.m.
I really enjoyed this class. Basically, Judy teaches principles of music theory and history in the context of dance. We learn music notation and both compose and choreograph some short pieces. The goal of the class is to make us more musical dancers.
