Bay Area Girls Center

The mission of BAGC is to empower adolescent girls to develop and express their strengths. Girls participate in courses on backpacking, rock climbing, art in nature, sea kayaking, journalism, mask making, and more.

Children Of Lesbians and Gays Everywhere

An international organization run by and for children of gay, lesbian, transgender parents, COLAGE offers support, education, and advocacy services and programs.

Cooperative Restraining Order Clinic

CROC provides legal services to women in the process of obtaining restraining orders against their batterers. The client base is located primarily in San Francisco.

Mission Neighborhood Centers Inc.

A community based, multiple purpose social service agency, MNC has been serving the needs of Mission District children, youth, and seniors since 1959.

Mujeres Unidas y Activas (Women Active and United)

A community organizing and empowerment project organized for and by immigrant and newly arriving Latinas, sponsored by the Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights and Services.

Purple Moon Dance Project

Through the medium of dance, this organization works toward a greater appreciation and understanding of cultural diversity especially for lesbians and women of color.

Riley Center Community Office

A program of the St. Vincent De Paul Society, the Riley Center offers comprehensive services for battered women and their children.

San Francisco Women Against Rape

SFWAR was established in 1973 to support survivors of rape and sexual assault, their friends and family members, and to use educational and community organizing as tools of prevention. Their free services in English, Spanish, and Cantonese.
