Frankly, I have always wondered why Mills does not provide shade structures for assemblies on Toyon Meadow. This is my senior year, and I was looking forward to this Opening Ceremony in particular, as it would be my last, but the idea of sitting out there in direct sunlight in that heat for two hours was simply too much.
