2:35 p.m. Warren Olney Vehicle tow grey BMW- violation Oakland municipal code-inoperable, abandoned auto, public nuisance.

3:05 p.m. Warning issued to driver to move non-registered vehicle off campus. RCL advised.

4:35 p.m. Richards Lot Intent to Tow Notice posted on vehicle; no license plate; VIN not visible.
