Kimberly Seals resigned from her positions in the student life office this spring. Her resignation reflects changes in her personal life as well as a desire to move on to a more focused career path.
Seals began at Mills in June 2001, assuming titles of Assistant Dean of Students, Director of Student Diversity Services, and the International Student Advisor.
“It’s about giving quality service and there were really just too many jobs for one person,” Said Seals. “Keeping a balance between personal life and professional life is also very important when making career choices.”
Seals said she will miss working with the students the most. She said they were incredible and definitely the best part of her job.
“The students’ energy and vibrancy helped push me through those days where I couldn’t take another step,” Seals said.
