Dancers celebrate Chinese New Year at Founders

From left to right: Mills alum Danny Nguyen, Tiffany Barbarash,
Ana Richardson, and Jessica Larson performed four pieces. They
included everything from “the Almost Tango” to modern dance pieces
accompanied by Vietnamese/ Chinese music, at Founders on Feb. 5 in
celebration of Chinese New Year. All are members of the Danny
Nguyen Dancers and Musicians Company, in addition, Nguyen teaches
dance at Laney College.
