Senior volleyball player Megan Miller had an amazing week of
play and led the team well with her usual positive and dynamic
attitude. In Friday’s match against CSU Maritime Megan had 9 kills
out of 12 attempts for an incredible 75 percent kill ratio! That’s
great for anyone, but amazing for a setter, whose role is generally
to assist rather than attack. She racked up a respectable 20
assists in the match, as well as 4 digs and 3 blocks and 100
percent serve receive passing. Miller carried momentum into
Sunday’s match against Pacific Union College. She added 3 more
kills, 6 service aces, 26 assists and 10 digs. Miller is a computer
science major from Yreka, California.
